The term brain connectivity means the evaluation of the association between different areas of the brain.
The connectivity of brain regions could be evaluated in three forms.
Structural or anatomical connectivity: It includes the study or analysis of connections that link the white matter tract regions of the brain.
Functional or non-casual connectivity: It is the approximation of cerebral signals and thus concludes the functional interaction among two or more regions of the brain.
Effective or casual connectivity: It is the measure of nodal connection between various neurons.
