Solar cells are grouped into frames called solar panels. These solar cells so arranged in this way, are capable to absorb solar energy from the sun. These solar cells works on the phenomenon of photoelectric effect and hence these solar cells convert solar energy into electrical energy and hence electricity is generated by this way through photoelectric effect.
