Question

how can plants like mistletoe, rafflesia, indian pipe, picher plants etc be classified under angiospermae when they are not even fit to be plants(like being carnivorous ,parasitic etc) or when they dont have a properly differentiated body?

Solution

All these are classified as plants because they have chlorophyll present inside the leaves. They can manufacture their own food. They are found in nitrogen deficient soil. So to overcome nitrogen deficiency these plants feed on insects.
