Biuret is a condensation compound of urea equivalent to two molecules of urea less one of ammonia.
The parent compound can be prepared by heating urea above the melting point at which temperature of $N H_{3}$ is expected.
$2 C O {(N H_{2})}_{2} \to H_{2} N - C O - N H - C O - N H_{2} + N H_{3} ↑$
