How can we consider erythrocytes as a living cell as it lacks nucleus?

NO . RBC is not a living cell. It contains haemoglobin for the uptake of $O_{2}$ and $C O_{2}$ so that there can be an exchange of gases within our lungs. So it serves to bring $O_{2}$ to wherever u need.
