Question

How can we consider erythrocytes as a living cell as it lacks nucleus?

Solution

NO . RBC is not a living cell. It contains haemoglobin for the uptake of O2 and CO2 so that there can be an exchange of gases within our lungs. So it serves to bring O2 to wherever u need.
