Dear Student,
Milk is colloid and particles of colloid are of size 1-1000nm whereas particles of suspension are of the size over 1000nm.
So, we can not convert the size of particles from small to big in colloid. Hence we can not convert milk into suspension.
It should be noted that fat is suspended in milk.
