Special children like Chaitanya should be encouraged. If they are unable to perform, I would motivate them by making them realize that "failure is the first step to success." Only then would they be able to prepare themselves mentally for the future or else they may get lost in the darkness of failure with nothing to achieve in life. Once this is done, I would tell them their mistakes and the ways to set them right. Most importantly, I would never consider special children inferior to me and treat them with the utmost respect, like any of my other friends.
