How can you make a flame thrower with orange?

Inside the cells of citrus fruits peels, inflammable oils and other carbon compounds are present. When peel of orange is passed, the cells are squeezed and the oil is pushed out. When these flammable oils hit the flame, they burn and create and amazing effect as can be seen in the film. It's like a small initially flamethrower.
