(v) If compound is Base.

Since all the Bases have the same anion$\left[\mathrm{Hydroxide}\left({\mathrm{OH}}^{-}\right)\right]$, we don't need to name the anion.
The base name comes from the root name of the cation name.
Example:

1. Sodium Cation forms a base called sodium hydroxide$\left[\mathrm{NaOH}\right]$
2. Magnesium cation forms a base called magnesium hydroxide$\left[\mathrm{Mg}{\left(\mathrm{OH}\right)}_2\right]$
