How did Belgium tackle the problem of different communities?

a. The Government Belgium adopted the Accommodation model /method to mitigate conflict and to recognize social differences.
b. It thus provided for a Central government with equal representation of both Dutch and French-speaking populations.
c. It also provided for State governments and separate government in Brussels.
d. There is the third kind of government that is the Community government elected by the ​elected by people belonging to one language community – Dutch, French, and German-speaking. The Community government decides on matters related to culture, education, language, etc.
