Solution

The correct option is B <!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}--> Due to the invention of radar detection

When Britain was subjected to German Blitzkrieg in September 1940, it used radars to detect aircrafts at a distance. Using this information, the ‘Spitfires’ and ‘the Hurricanes’ brought down the German bombers. This failure in air battle forced Germany to back out. The attacks on Britain stopped after October 1940.
