How did trading routes enable these arabs to share their culture , language and food with the Indians?

The trading routes were the medium to exchange the goods but in addition to this they also served as the means to exchange the ideas,culture and even people from one part to other part during their journey used to became familiar with many languages,signs and symbols.The food culture that has transferred from country to country including Arab world ,the Indian cuisine are seen in Arab and Arabian dishes in India it is all because of the movement of the people from country to country for the different purpose.
