Solution

Human genetic variation:

  1. Polymorphism is the key concept in human genetic variation which assumes that there are multiple variations for every gene in the human population.
  2. No two human individuals are genetically identical and even monozygotic twins, developed from a single zygote, have genetic differences.
  3. These genetic differences are generated in them as a result of crossing over, recombination, and independent assortment of the genes.
