If we say oxygenated blood is going from lungs to heart, what about the deoxygenated blood at this time?

Solution

Dear student,
Veins except pulmonary vein carry deoxygenated blood from different parts of the body to the heart. Pulmonary vein carry oxygenated blood from lungs to left atrium.
Arteries except pulmonary artery carry oxygenated blood from heart to different parts of the body. Pulmonary artery carry deoxygenated blood from right ventricle to lungs for purification.
Thus, different blood vessels carry oxygenated and deoxygenated blood at the same time separately.
If oxygenated blood is going from lungs to heart, deoxygenated blood goes from lungs to heart for purification.
