Cabinet Civil service Judiciary
Council of Ministers includes Cabinet ministers who are incharge of major ministries and take important decisions related to those ministries.The Cabinet as a team is assisted by the Cabinet Secretariat who coordinates the work of different ministries.

They are the permanent executive, comprises of the bureaucracy or the civil servants who are appointed on the long term basis . Judiciary ensures fairness in the trial and to guard fundamental rights of the citizens. The judiciary resolves disputes arising out of governments' decisions.
. The judiciary resolves disputes between the central government and state government over the division of powers and any other legal matter. It also resolves disputes between the states
