In Fishes and Reptiles , there is mixing of blood [ oxygenated and deoxygenated ] due to less number of chambers in heart. In human there is separation of pure and impure blood flow in separate chambers for more efficient transport and faster energy production which is needed for body temperature maintenance. The same is not required in fishes and reptiles as their body temperature alters with the surroundings and they can afford mixing of pure and impure blood.
