Open in App
Solution

Bile:

  1. Bile reflux occurs when bile a digestive liquid produced by our liver backs up into our stomach while in some cases, into the tube that joins our mouth and stomach.
  2. Following are how we can remove bile in our stomach: -
  3. Smoking should be avoided: Smoking raises stomach acid production and reduces saliva production, which protects the oesophagus.
  4. Smaller meals are better: Smaller, more frequent meals relieve strain on the lower oesophagal sphincter, preventing the valve from opening at an inopportune time.
  5. Having small walks after meals: Waiting two to three hours after a meal to lie down gives our stomachs time to empty.
  6. Limit intake of fatty meals: High-fat meals relax the lower oesophagal sphincter, slowing the passage of food from the stomach.
  7. Foods and beverages that are problematic should be avoided: Some foods boost stomach acid production and may cause the lower oesophagal sphincter to relax.
  8. Alcohol should be consumed in moderation or completely avoided: The lower oesophagal sphincter relaxes and irritates the oesophagus when we drink alcohol.
  9. To get rid of the extra pounds: When we put too much weight on our stomach, we're more prone to get heartburn and acid reflux.
  10. To relax: When we are stressed, our digestion slows down, which might exacerbate reflux symptoms.
  11. Deep breathing, meditation, and yoga are examples of relaxation techniques that may be beneficial.
