how do kelps grow tall upto 100 m even though they do not have vascular tissues?

Kelp is an alga and lack vascular tissue yet it can grow large in size because it inhabits underwater. Each cell in kelp is self sufficient and can photosynthesise so it does not need a tissue to transfer food to other parts as in case of vascular plant.
