Dear student.
Cardiac out put is the volume of blood pumped out by each ventricle per minute. Ventricles pump blood to different parts of the body with high pressure. For this, the walls of the left ventricle are thicker and muscular to withstand the pressure. The left ventricle pumps blood through the large artery called aorta which gives it to small arteries. These arteries carry oxygenated blood to all parts of the body.
