Spread of Waterborne diseases:

1. Drinking dirty water contaminated with germs, or using it to brush teeth or to make ice can transmit waterborne diseases.
2. Typhoid, dysentery, cholera, and hepatitis are spread through contaminated water.
3. Infections of the ears, nasal passages, and throat commonly spread through water in swimming pools.
4. Water gets contaminated by human activities. All types of waste, especially sewage, gets mixed with the water which people consume.
