How do you fix emulsion in chemistry?

Emulsion: Emulsion is a process when two liquids do not form a homogeneous mixture. The liquids are separated by a layer, this happen because the layers are separated by emulsifier. Emulsifier is a substance which has a fat soluble part and a water soluble part and it get mixed with respective parts. Emulsion are very unstable so, they can easily disrupted.

To fix emulsion in chemistry:

• The breaking of dispersed phase into small droplets by putting the broken emulsion in blender.
• Overheated sauces produce whisk on the addition of small quantity of water.

Thus, emulsion can be fixed in chemistry.
