Simple trigonometric equations have the form:

$\sin x=a,\cos x=a,\tan x=a,\cot x=a$

Where $x$ is unknown, $a$ is any real number.

If $a=0$, then

$\mathrm{Sin}x=0$, then $x=n\pi$, where $n=0,1,2,3,4,..$

$\mathrm{Cos}x=0$, then $x=\left(n\pi +\frac{\pi }{2}\right)$, where $n=0,1,2,3,4,..$ and so on.

Hence, we can solve simple trigonometric equations by putting different values of $a$.
