How do you treat vitamin toxicity?

Treatment for vitamin toxicity:
If an excessive amount of any vitamin is taken then it leads to serious health issues which are referred to as hypervitaminosis or vitamin toxicity.
Vit A: Can be treated by reducing vit A intake in the diet. Activated charcoal can be used in case of high toxicity.
Vit D: Can be treated by discontinuing vit D and calcium intake.
Vit E: Treated by discontinuing vit E intake.
Vit k: Oral medication is done.
