Locomotion in cockroach:

  1. A cockroach can climb, fly to a certain height, and walk.
  2. The body is divided into three parts i.e. the head, thorax, and abdomen.
  3. The cockroach has three pairs of legs which are present on each thoracic segment that help them in walking.
  4. It possesses two pairs of wings which are present on the mesothorax and the metathorax.
  5. These two pairs of wings help the cockroaches during flight.
