Humans are not only able to utilize and make proper use of resources but even search for new ones. With training and education humans become capable enough to create more resources. Proper utilization paves for judicious use of energy resources that can be best used for the progress and development of the nations. Human Resource development thus stands at the root of the economy for the country.
