How does lactic acid accumulation cause muscle fatigue?

It is understood that the accumulation of lactic acid during strenuous exercise brings certain molecular changes in the muscle cells.
Receptors which help in Ca release do not function properly as they under go certain confirmational changes.
Ca is very important in muscle contraction.
Ca is stored in sarcoplasmic reticulum.These are released in to the sarcoplasm during muscle contraction.
If Ca are not available , muscle contraction cant occur.
