Open in App
Solution

Dear Student,

Low rate of economic development or underdeveloped economy leads to poverty as in these kind of economies there is lack of proper infrastructure, proper education, health services, industries, etc due to which people do not get employment and are not be able to earn their living. Also, diseases prevail in the environment due to lack of health services which make the people unfit for work and they could not earn and produce which make them poor. Lack of social and economic infrastructure hinders the growth and development which ultimately leads to poverty.
