Open in App
Solution

Pesticides:

  1. Pesticides cause air pollution. They emit hazardous air pollutants and volatile organic compounds which contribute to health problems.
  2. They can have acute effects, which last for a few days or weeks, as well as chronic consequences, which last for years or months following exposure.
  3. Rashes, stinging eyes, blisters, nausea, blindness, diarrhea, disorientation, and other acute health consequences are possible.
  4. Toxic molecules tend to linger in the air for extended periods of time, causing negative consequences.
  5. Chronic consequences include damage to the liver, kidneys, nervous system, and endocrine system.
