Solution
The use of very large excess of NH3 may partially avoid the formation of 2o and 3o amines during preparation of P amines. But (a) by treatment of with NaN3 followed by reduction or (b) Gabriel phthalimide synthesis or (c) reduction of amide can give P amines only.
