Body holds 5.5 litre blood,heart continues to pumbs the same blood through the veins several times.like this ,once the heart bumps 5.5 litre.second time also pumbs the same amount of blood so the heart pumbs total 11 litre blood,like this the heart pumbs several times that's why we say that heart pumbs 6000 litre blood per day.
