How does the inner core of the Earth stay hot ?

Dear Student, Core of the Earth remains hot due to following reasons:- 1. Decaying of radioactive material produces heat which increases the temperature. 2. Due to heat which is captured inside the planet from the time it was formed. 3. Frictional heat which is produced when the material which is sinking due to high density comes to the centre of the planet. Thank You!
