Dear Student,

The proof of E=mc² requires knowledge of relativistic mechanics and four vector concept which is beyond the scope of your grade.

This will be taught in your graduation.
If you collide high energy particles, say at an accelerator, many particles with mass are produced. These accelerators are expensive and the total amount of mass produced is very small.
