Hot and cold desert regions have extreme climates which makes the land dry and arid. But with concentrated and continuous efforts it can be made resourceful. These may include planting and seeding in greenhouses or nurseries, replanting or restoring of plants, management of water, manipulating soil properties and providing cover etc.
