The difference between the two can be understood with following points:

Farm Labourer	Labourer
They are the casual labourers who work on the farms of rich farmers or landlords.	These casual labourers work either in some factory or construction site and any other unorganised sector.
They are not paid regularly. Rather they are paid in the form of food grains and others forms of kind.	They are paid only cash. Sometimes on a daily basis and sometimes weekly or monthly.
