Question

How is a star different from a planet?

Open in App
Solution

Dear Student,

The primary distinction between stars and planets seems to be that stars have far higher temperatures than planets do. Stars are indeed very light objects and they radiate fire. Planets don't really produce their own energy via cosmic rays. Any of the energy from their central star is reflected by them.
