Climate the most important factor in soil formation. This is so because warm temperature and a moist climate with abundance of rainfall leads to rapid growth in soil formation.But, cold temperatures,dry climate and less precipitation makes the soil formation slower.The quality of soil in warm and moist regions are good and fertile compared to dry, cool and arid regions.
