• The heat exchange mechanism allows the body to transfer heat to either gain or lose heat. Through the metabolic process heat is generated in our body continuously. Their are mainly four heat exchange mechanism medium through which the internal organs of the body can allow to transfer heat such as:

1. Conduction – Transfer of heat through physical contact from one body to other body.
2. Convection – Transfer of heat to air or water.
3. Radiation – Transfer of heat through infrared radiation.
4. Evaporation – Transfer of heat from the liquid state to convert the gaseous state.
