The use of Potassium Permanganate to cure fungal infection:
Potassium permanganate is an inorganic salt that contains $K^{+} and {MnO}^{-}$ , salt that has an intense purple color in the solution. The chemical Potassium Permanganate ${KMnO}_{4}$ is prepared when potassium hydroxide is treated with a powder of manganese oxide.
It is a good oxidizing agent and anti-fungal agent too. The solution formed is used to cure fungal infections like acne, eczema, and many other skin infection.
It stops the growth and multiplication of fungus cells and thus cells used in anti-fungal medications. It kills the germs present on the skin and releases oxygen.
Thus, Potassium Permanganate is used to cure fungal infection.
