How is sea breeze caused?
Through convection currents
Sea breeze is occurred during daytime by the phenomenon of convection. Convection is the process of heat transfer in fluids by the actual motion of matter. During daytime, land gets heated fast by the heat of the sun, while sea water gets heated slowly. The air above land gets heated and rises up. Due to this, the cooler air above the sea rushes to the land. This sudden gush of wind felt due to this is known as the sea breeze.
