  1. Sugar solution is a mixture of sugar in water. Sugar solution form a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Crystallization: The process of cooling a hot, concentrated solution of a substance is heated and cooled to obtain crystals is called crystallization.
  3. Sugar can be separated from its solution by using crystallization.
  4. The concentrated solution of sugar is heated and allowed to cool rapidly.
  5. After cooling, the sugar crystallizes. We can see pure crystals of sugar in water.
