Solution

Reaction Conditions:

  1. Reaction Conditions are the environmental conditions such as temperature, pressure, catalysts & solvent, under which a reaction takes place.
  2. Catalysts are substances that accelerate the reaction but do not form the final product.
  3. Some reactions need a rise in temperature or pressure to form the final product
  4. Some reaction takes place in an aqueous form and for this, we will need a solvent.
  5. All these things are represented in a chemical equation by writing these conditions above the arrow().
  6. Example:

2SO2(g)+O2(g)V2O5,450°c2SO3(g)SulphurOxygenSulphurdioxidetrioxide
