How is the power related to speed at which a body can be lifted? How many kilograms will a man working at the power of 100 W, be able to lift at constant speed of ${1ms}^{-1}$ vertically? ($Take,g={10ms}^{-2})$

$Power=\frac{workdoneorenergy}{time}=\frac{mgh}{t}=m.g.\frac{h}{t}$
Here $\frac{h}{t}=speed$
Therefore, $m=\frac{power}{g\times speed}=\frac{100}{10\times 1}=10kg$
