Solution

Formation of ammonia from DNA is known as transcription. There are three important factors which are involved during transcription which are Sigma factor, rho factor. In prokaryotes, termination is done by rho factor while in eukaryotes poly A tail is responsible for termination at the third end. Mechanism of Transcription is different for prokaryote and eukaryote.
