Solution
In humans, the timing and amount of hormone secretion are regulated by the feedback mechanism by the end product. For example, the pancreas is triggered to release the insulin when the positive feedback is given by the increase of sugar level in blood.
The insulin will sequester the sugar in adipose tissue and hepatocytes as fats and glycogen respectively. When the level of sugar in the blood decreases the negative feedback will allow the pancreas to stop the secretion of the insulin.
