We know that

  • 1 mole of water=6.022×1023molecules of water.
  • 0.15 mole of water=6.022×1023×0.15

=9.03×1022molecules of water.

  • Now 1 molecule of H2O contains two hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom

Part 1: Calculating the number of H atoms present in H2O

The number of 2H atoms present in 9.03×1022 molecules of H2O

So, the number of the hydrogen atoms in water molecule=2×9.03×1022=1.806×1023atoms

Part 2: Calculating the number of O atoms present in H2O

The number of 1 oxygen atom in 9.03×1022molecules of H2O

So, the number of the Oxygen atom in water molecule==9.03×1022atoms
