How many candidates were interviewed everyday by the panel 'A' out of the three panels A, B and C?
Statement I. The three panels on an average can interview 15 candidates every day.
Statement II. Out of a total of 45 candidates interviewed everyday by the three panels, the no. of candidates interviewed by panel 'A' is less by 2 than the candidates interviewed by panel 'C' and is less by 1 than the candidates interviewed by panel 'B'.

The correct option is A If the data in statement II alone are sufficient to answer the question,while the data in statement I all are not sufficient to answer the question;
Statement I is not sufficient. Average does not provide exact number of candidates interviewed by panel A.
From statement II:
A=C2=B1 and
A+B+C=45
A+A+1+A+2=45
3A=42
A=14
Hence, statement II is sufficient to answer the question.
