How many circles can be drawn circumscribing a given triangle?
For a circle to circumscribe (pass through all the vertices) of a triangle its centre has to be equidistant from all the three vertices of the triangle.
For a given triangle, we know that circumcentre is equidistant from the vertices of the triangle and only one circumcentre exists for any given triangle.
So, only one circle can be drawn circumscribing a given traingle.
