Step 1: Definition of Composite numbers

The numbers which have more than two factors are called composite numbers.

Step 2: Finding the total numbers.

Total numbers between 60 and 90 are 90-60-1=29 (as 60 and 90 are not included).

Step 3: Finding the prime numbers.

Seven prime numbers are there between 60 and 90 and they are :61,67,71,73,79,83 and 89.

Step 4: Finding the composite numbers.

Hence, composite numbers between 60 and 90 are 29-7=22.
