$∴$ Radius(r) = $\frac{6}{2} = 3 m$
and depth (h) =21m
$∴$ The volume of earth dugout
$= π r^{2} h = \frac{22}{7} \times 3 \times 3 \times 21 m^{3}$
$= 594 m^{3}$
